Yes, you will receive a link to complete the assessment. Depending on the product Personal or Team it could take up to 20 minutes to complete. Personal profiles are provided prior to a 1:1 coaching session and Team profiles are distributed at the first team workshop. Ask for more details.
All organization/team workshop implementations are supported with either group team coaching or individual team coaching up to six months post workshop(s).

With over 15 years of experience using Patrick Lencioni's Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® model, I’ve worked alongside teams in diverse environments, including manufacturing, dental, technical, and data-focused sectors. I've seen firsthand how individuals begin to realize their role in building a strong, collaborative team and how they can shift culture by opening up dialogue and fostering trust.
Having been part of many teams myself, I understand the impact when trust is lacking — the backdoor conversations, the blame, and assumptions that drain valuable time and strain relationships. My passion lies in helping individuals and teams overcome these obstacles by creating a safe space to build trust, embrace healthy conflict, and commit to shared goals.
