    I'm with an organization, what's involved in working with you?

    Initially we will have a discovery call to discuss intended audience, desired outcomes, timing, alignment with internal process/values.

    Followed by:

    • Development Planning Playbook: A review of workshop key components, alignment with internal process, determine any tailoring required.
    • Review Logistics and Sustainment: Formalize implementation and decide on post-workshop sustainment support.

    Receive a quote post call for consideration and approval to move forward.

    About Me

    I’m passionate about development planning because, for much of my career, I lacked a clear roadmap and often felt unfocused, not fully understanding what skills or behaviors I needed to thrive. I grappled with areas like budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning—skills that would’ve made a difference if I’d intentionally developed them sooner.

    Just as crucial, though, were the behavioral skills like listening deeply, being present, and responding thoughtfully. Without a plan, I wouldn't have grasped the importance of these behaviors, which are as vital as technical skills. Learning to balance both the tactical and behavioral sides has transformed my effectiveness as a coach and leader.

    Now, I’m driven to help others take a purposeful approach to their development, avoiding the pitfalls I faced and creating a direct path to success.
