Yes, a questionnaire that will generate a comprehensive drama resilience assessment will be sent to you for completion. You will receive your profile prior to the session to help you prepare. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
There is an optional virtual Calm Confidence Booster scheduled 12 weeks after the course concludes to reinforce concepts or to answer any questions. The invite will be sent immediately after the course concludes.
Expect to participate in a virtual environment using Zoom. There will be breakout groups periodically to reflect on learnings.
Participants can schedule time at an additional cost and request time through the website.

This session is a deeper dive into the fundamentals and strategies for conflict to de-escalate tension and minimize stress. The drama resilience assessment you receive is more in-depth for individual reflection and understanding. In 2016, I found myself at a crossroads in my corporate career, searching for tools to enhance the work culture around me. It was essential for me to equip people with the ability to share their thoughts and feelings openly, fostering productive dialogue instead of dismissing disagreements. I wanted to create an environment where everyone could focus on the right conversations—expressing their needs while listening to others to reach amicable solutions.
At a trainer's conference, I met Next Element Consulting, and I instantly resonated with their approach. Their focus on helping individuals step into conversations felt like a perfect fit for enhancing belonging and connection in the workplace. I understood firsthand the importance of remaining true to oneself rather than trying to assimilate into an environment perceived as expected. Having struggled to find my voice during my 25+ year corporate journey, I recognized the vital role that disagreement and tension play in uncovering what’s truly at stake—whether it’s improving the customer experience, developing new products, or ensuring diverse perspectives are heard at the table.
That year, I became certified to facilitate the core concepts of Leading Out of Drama® in the workplace. In 2023, I pursued becoming a provider as part of my business offering, further complementing my care and concern for equipping people with tools and knowledge to minimize the emotional drain and stress we all feel when tensions run high. My goal is to make work life simple for all!
